Walter Eliani founded the company in 1985, convinced that kitchen work deserved machines that live up to it: sturdy, simple to use, easy to clean and to repair.
Over the years the range has grown, from dough mixers to dough rounders, dough dividers and packaging machines. The method has stayed the same: listen to those who work the dough and build the machine they need.
