Portioned on top, rounded below.
In kitchens that work large batches of dough, time goes into two steps: cutting and weighing, then rounding. The ERT300 does both.
The dough block is loaded into the RT300 divider, which cuts it into portions. The portions drop into the EL300 rounder, which closes them into dough balls ready for proofing. The weight is chosen by changing the bushing.
- Load the blockThe whole dough into the RT300 divider, without weighing by hand.
- The RT300 portionsThe dough passes through the chosen bushing; an adjustable feeler triggers the knife.
- The EL300 roundsThe portions drop into the rounder and become dough balls.

Is it the right machine for you?
It suits you if
- Large batches of dough to portion
- Kitchens that want cutting and rounding off the counter
- Doughs between 55 and 60 % hydration
Consider another model if
- Sites without three-phase power
- Very hydrated doughs: the EL300 on its own handles more
- If you make a few hundred dough balls a day: the EL300 is enough
Questions about the ERT300
How do you change the weight?
Choose the bushing, five sizes from 4 to 6 cm, and set the feeler distance: more distance, bigger piece.
How many dough balls an hour?
About 800 an hour with 250 g pieces. The number changes with the dough weight: ask us for the figure for your portions.
What doughs does it handle?
Doughs with 55 to 60 % hydration: the limit is set by the divider.
Does it need three-phase power?
Yes, the unit always runs on three-phase: 380 V as standard, or 208 V or 230 V three-phase at 60 Hz on request (for example for the United States).
How does the dough divider work?
The RT300 divider pushes the dough through a bushing (five sizes are available). A mechanical feeler triggers the knife, which cuts each piece: mechanical cutting, no photocell. The pieces drop into the EL300 below, which rounds them. With 250 g pieces it makes about 800 dough balls an hour. The divider works doughs from 55 to 60% hydration and runs on 380 V three-phase.
How much does the ERT300 dough divider rounder machine cost?
The price is on request: we send a written quote with delivery to your country. The ERT300 is a commercial dough divider rounder and a pizza dough portioning machine in one unit: the RT300 divider portions the dough from 50 to 300 g and the EL300 rounds it into balls.
