End-of-day cleaning
Four steps, a few minutes.
- Switch off and unplugAlways before cleaning.
- Remove dough residueWith a soft scraper, no metal tools on the Teflon-coated auger.
- Wipe with a damp clothOn the top, ring and stainless steel surfaces. No water jets on the machine.
- Check the ring and the parts in contact with the doughIf they are worn they are replaced: ask us for the spare part.
