Questions

Questions about the EL300

How much space does it take?

48 × 50 cm of floor space, on wheels: it moves easily.

Does it need a special socket?

No: as standard it runs on 230 V single-phase with a normal Schuko plug. On request we build it for 380 V three-phase or for your country’s voltage.

Is it easy to clean?

Yes: stainless steel surfaces and a Teflon-coated auger, so the dough does not stick. At the end of the day a damp cloth is enough.

Does it handle high-hydration doughs?

Yes: it works doughs from 55 to 80 % hydration, including very soft ones.

Does it fit under a counter?

Yes: it stands on the floor on wheels, is 83 cm high and fits under an 85 cm counter. Footprint 48 × 50 cm.

How much does the EL300 cost?

The EL300 costs €2,250 + VAT and can be ordered online on the ELIANI Store. Delivered on pallet to your door: United Kingdom €240 with customs clearance and export papers included (0% duty, VAT paid on arrival); Ireland €240.

Does the EL300 divide or weigh the dough?

No. The EL300 rounds pieces that have already been portioned, from 30 to 300 g, at over 2,500 an hour. If you want the machine to divide the dough as well, the ERT300 combines the RT300 divider with an EL300 rounder.

Is the EL300 a commercial pizza dough ball rounder?

Yes. It is a commercial pizza dough rounding machine for pizzerias and bakeries: AISI 304 stainless steel, Teflon-coated auger, over 2,500 dough balls an hour from 30 to 300 g, on a normal 230 V single-phase socket.
